A few words from our Principal, David Lamari.

I have had an interest in property for many years and now want to share the knowledge I have gained about the property industry. I want to help you, whether you are looking to buy your first home, to become a property mogul or both, the techniques I have learned can help, whatever your dream.

I have learned first hand (sometimes the hard way) that loan structuring is all important, whether it is your first home, or your fifth investment. By looking at your situation now, and equally as important, your aspiration, I’ll show you the most suited product.

I have also previously worked as a tradesperson and can appreciate the rigours of saving for that first home. There are products to help facilitate an earlier purchase, or if you require, I can help you plan for your first home even if its 6 or 12 months away. I will show you what needs to be done to leave you with a greater understanding of the process and how to meet lending criteria.

I aim to leave you excited about your home purchase, because we hear quite a lot that a home will be your biggest ever purchase, however it can also prove to be your greatest investment. It should be a process of delight, not a time to be burdened with number crunching and deadlines. That’s my job!
